Houserules
Time registration and salary payment
- Worked hours must be submitted weekly using the provided timesheet forms.
- Please ensure the form is fully completed and signed by your supervisor.
- A clear photo of the fully completed and signed form can be sent to +31-651753329 .
- Hours must be submitted no later than Monday before 12:00 PM.
- Late or incomplete submissions may result in payment being processed in the following payroll cycle.
Sick Leave Notification
In case of illness, the employee must report sick to three parties:
Company Car (if applicable)
If a company car is provided:
- The vehicle may only be used for business purposes unless agreed otherwise in writing.
- The driver is responsible for careful and proper use.
- Traffic fines will be charged to the driver.
- Smoking in the company car is not allowed.
- Damage or technical issues must be reported immediately.
- Upon termination of employment, the car must be returned immediately to our location in Lochem (Larenseweg 30, 7241CN)
Housing (if applicable)
If De Uitlener provides accommodation:
- The residence must be kept clean and tidy.
- Nuisance, damage, and pollution are not allowed.
- Smoking inside the residence is not permitted.
- Overnight stays by third parties are not allowed without permission.
- Mandatory quiet hours apply between 23:00 and 06:00 in and around the residence. During this period, loud music, loud conversations, visitors, and other forms of noise disturbance are not allowed.
- Damage caused by negligence or intentional actions may be charged to the employee.
- At the end of employment, the residence must be vacated immediately and left in good condition.
Notice Period
- The notice period is one calendar week.
- Termination must be submitted in writing (via email or WhatsApp).
- The notice period starts on the day we receive the written notice.
- During the notice period, the employee remains available for work and must perform duties as normal.
- Failure to comply with the notice period may result in settlement in accordance with legal provisions and/or deduction of outstanding amounts.
Work Clothing and PPE
- Wearing prescribed work clothing and personal protective equipment (PPE) is mandatory.
- Work may not be performed without required PPE.
- Provided clothing, tools, and materials remain the property of De Uitlener.
- Costs may be charged in case of loss or damage due to negligence.
- All provided materials must be returned upon termination of employment.
